Ohio, Texas and Michigan foreclosure deals - known facts
You may heard that the foreclosure process varies somewhat from state to state,
and depends primarily on whether the state uses deeds of trust of mortgages for the purchase of a real estate property.
Generally, states that prefer mortgages conduct judicial foreclosed homes,
and executing foreclosures with courts;
states that use deeds of trust conduct non-judicial foreclosures, using an out-of-court procedure defined by state law.
